Nick Gardiner qualified from London Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. During his time at university he had the opportunity to work with London Irish RFC, GB Ice Hockey and Tottenham Hotspur FC. Following university he established Fit For Sport with the vision of providing the local area with a dedicated injury clinic for sports people and the general public. Nick is also a senior lecturer and Course Leader in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University. He spends his leisure time surfing and wakeboarding.

Richard
Luddington qualified from
London Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) degree
in Sports Therapy. Previously, he has undertaken placements
with Chelsea FC, Millwall FC, England Ladies FC, London
Marathons and the British Indoor Rowing Championship.
Richard also works with the Cambridge United Scholars
and Academy. He is currently part of the GB Bobskeleton
Future Talent Squad and has competed in the Europa
Cup for the last 2 seasons. He is experienced with

Natalie
Dodson graduated from the University of Central
Lancashire with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy.
She has previously worked with university teams, Leyland
RLFC and Cambridge RUFC. She has also provided post-exercise
treatment and massage at the London Marathon and the
Great Cumbrian Run. In addition to Natalie’s role at
the clinic she also provides pitch-side Sports Therapy
for Newmarket Town FC. She played hockey for the university
and now enjoys playing locally.
Andy Moody qualified from London Metropolitan University
with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy. He has previously
worked with Millwall FC and Fisher Athletic. Earlier this
year Andy worked with elite athletes at the 2010 FIL World
Lacrosse Championships is currently providing Sports Therpay
for two rugby teams: Emanuel and Haberdashers Aske’s Federation.
Andy currently provides Sports Therapy for the Cambridge
United Academy side and Glebe FC. Andy has played Rugby
for his county and enjoys mountain biking.
Isla McSherry completed
an MSc in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University
which followed her BSc (Hons) in Sports Science (specialising
in sports injuries). Isla has previously undertaken placements
at London Irish RFC, Wasps RFC, and has had the opportunity
to work alongside specialist Orthopaedic surgeons during
consultancy. Additionally, Isla has provided treatment
at the British Indoor Rowing Championships, Windsor Triathalon
and the London Marathon. During her spare time she enjoys
training for long distance running events.

Placement Students
Caroline
Felton is
currently completing a placement year from the University
of Hertfordshire, other work experience
includes
working at the London Marathon, Ladies World Rugby Tournament
alongside the Wallaroos and is working alongside Marshall
MK Lions for the current season. She previously played
badminton for England and currently represents Essex as
well as her University.
Megan Williams is currently
on a placement year from the University of Hertfordshire.
She has previously had experience at the National Athletics
Championships, the London Marathon, a dance injury clinic and
Cambridge
United Academy FC. Last season, she also provided
pitch-side cover for Welwyn RFC. Megan has been a keen
dancer since the age of three.
