Fit For Sport offers an expert nutritional analysis package that provides food based advice tailored to the client’s objectives, along with a detailed figure and percentage breakdown of their fat, protein, carbohydrate, fluid and salt intake. This is achieved through analysis of a one week food diary and a report produced by the therapist, specifically related to the targets and lifestyle of the client that will have been discussed prior to the diary. Ultimately, the client receives easy to understand, realistic, healthy and sustainable food-based advice appropriate to them.
General nutritional advice is also dispensed as part
of any treatment.
