For Sport is an approved HABC centre with experienced
and qualified tutors.
The Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is an
Ofqual accredited, HSE approved qualification. Delegates
will be taught the roles and responsibilities of the
Emergency First Aider including identifying the signs
and symptoms of injury and illness. Delegates will learn
and be assessed practically on their ability to deal
with causalities that have stopped breathing, are unconscious,
bleeding and suffering from shock.
The course is run at Fit For Sport’s premises in Sawston, Cambridge or, subject
to approval, your own venue and can be tailored to different work place or sporting
specialisms.
All successful delegates will receive a Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate
that will be valid for 3 years and wallet sized plastic card detailing their
qualification.

Health & Safety law requires that employers should
ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees
and the public. Employees must also provide adequate
personnel, training and equipment to render first aid
to their employees.
The course is run at Fit For Sport’s premises in Sawston, Cambridge or, subject
to approval, your own venue and can be tailored to different work place or sporting
specialisms.
